He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Brunson Crawford of Kanab; his daughter Suzanne Crawford Brown St (Marc); his stepchildren, Terrie Henrie Bunkerville (Paul) of Nevada, Brad Barnes (Lesa), Annette Bray (Eric), Randy Barnes Albuquerque (Lisa), DeeAnn Lancaster St and Teresa Barney (Tony); and also Shane Crawford.
