She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold T. Payne and Nedra June Tait; her brother Emery T. Payne; and her granddaughter Elizabeth Haley. She is survived by: her sons, Joshua (Rebecca), Patrick (Shywon Turk) and James (Cortney); her grandchildren, Jadelynn, Anthony Turk-Haley and Hannah Haley; her husband Tim; and her siblings, Courtney Delray Syme, Harold Lamont Payne and Nedra Syme Allred. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
