He was predeceased by: his siblings-in-law, Norma, Sallie, Constance and Danny; and his granddaughter Annie.

He is survived by: his spouse Lola Anderton; and his children, Vicki Winesburg (Mark), Scott (Karla), Darren (Maydi), Chad (Brynn), Derek, Brittany, Haley, Madison, Mikayla, Melinda, Kennedy, Phoenix, Trevor, Lola and Andrew.

Philip V. Eastman (80) passed away, due to complications related to Alzheimer's on June 17, 2018.
