It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rodney Hoover of Hoytsville, Utah, born in Wabash, Indiana, who passed away on August 17, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sister Kimberly Snell; and his grandparents, Emil, Anna Hoover, Arthur and Berneal Collins.
He is survived by: his parents, Charles Hoover (Chuck) and Bertha Collins Hoover (Bert); his daughter Vennessa Keel Hoytsville (Dalton); and his brother Randy Hoover Fort (Tina). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles & cousins.
