She was predeceased by: her mothers, Dale Richards and Faye Sorensen; and her sister Michele Brock. She is survived by: her husband Woody; her children, Lisa Snider, Nicole Tischmak, Danielle Haroldsen (Mark) and David (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Erin, Nick (Dioné), Lizzie, Sarah, Kate, Hannah, Grace and Emma; and her siblings, Lynn Ann Phillips (Gregory), Lee and Micheal (Connie).

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, consider donating to the American Diabetes Foundation.

“Dale was my Young Women's leader from the time I was 12 years old. She was one of the greatest influences in my life!! When I got married, she made my wedding dress and that was very special for me. I have many fond memories of her. She was/is a very special lady and I love her!!! She will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.
