He is survived by: his significant other Patricia Ann Case; his brother Sheldon Case (Denise) of Heber City, UT; his daughters, Marda Miller (Lance) of Lehi and Tamra Cepull (Lake) of Kempner, TX; his grandchildren, Joshua Woods (Nadia), Amber Clucas (Chad), Charbrey Wagstaff (Jared), Zachary Miller, Breeze Cepull (Adrian), Dakota Cepull (Anesta) and Tyden Cepull; his great grandchildren, Karlee, Autumn, Zayden, Hadlee, Adilynn, Elias and Halo; and also, Fred and Edith Carlisle.
