He is survived by: his wife Annette Warner-Cobb; his children, Shirley Warner, Penny Warner-Gauthier, Marty Green, Carlie Danielson, Rachel Crawford, Nick Hathaway, Adam Hathaway, Taylor Hathaway and Madison Hathaway; and his sisters, Betty Jo Ellsworth, Jeannie Gillespie, Della Decker, Mary Lou DeWitt and Ladon Warner. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
