John Judson Solowiej Obituary

We are sad to announce that on June 21, 2019, at the age of 63, John Judson Solowiej (Eagle Mountain, Utah), born in Endicott, New York passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John Judson Solowiej to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Jane Zedar and Anthony Solowiej; his stepparents, Marge Solowiej and Joseph Zedar; and his sister Suzy Mack.

He is survived by: his children, William Solowiej (Michelle), Candi Solowiej Hicklin (Jason), Kristina Solowiej McInnis (Sam), Tina Evenson and Sara DeVries; his siblings, David Solowiej (Blanche) and Toni Solowiej Loomis (Tim); his stepbrother Frank Zedar (Maritssa); and his grandchildren, Hailey Solowiej, Maylyn, Anthony, Ashley, Jacob Hicklin, Madalynn, Claire McInnis and Keith Wurtenberg. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, John's children would like donations to be made to Greek Peak Adaptive Snowsports, 518 Hooper Rd, PMB 261, Endwell, New York 13760 where a scholarship will be established in John's name to support physically disabled young athletes.
