He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Bowlden and Audrey Bowlden of Midvale, UT. He is survived by: his former wife Pamela Osborne of Crescent, UT.; his wife Pam; his children, Krista (Steve), Mike (Julie), Nate (Barb), Kelli (Kyle) and Susie (Dan); and his brother Kim. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
