He was predeceased by: his parents, Orice James Allen (Maxine) and Celeste Olsen; and his sister Lorie Allen. He is survived by: his wife Shirlene Simmons; his children, Deborah (Doug), Brandee, Troy (Liselotte) and Tanya; his grandson Chance; and his sister Judy Richardson (Scott).
