He was predeceased by: his parents, Darrell Day and Eddis Lurae Bunker Day; and his brother Marvin B. Day. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen B. Day; his sisters, Phyllis Griffiths (Reid) and Elizabeth Gloeckner (Peter); his sister-in-law Roylene Day; his children, Patrick R. Day (Jean Marie), Janette Cook (Randall), Edward B. Day (Traci) and Suzanne Covey (Willard); and his grandchildren, Anthony, Amanda, Edward, Allison, Spencer, Emily, Hannah, Abigail, Brittani, Tait, Jaxson, Berkley, Willard Jr., Mary, Maxwell, Margaret and Joseph. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
