He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Barnes and Joan Barnes; and his close friend Zandy Rose. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Baker; his children, Melissa, Colby (Steff) and Shawn; his grandchildren, Alex, Deron, Xavier, Brystol, Everett, KayLynne, Zakary, Rylee and Kodee; his sisters, LuWanna Phillips (Dennis) and Jennifer Lawrence; and his sister-in-law Sally Barnes.
A memorial will be held at a later date due to the pandemic.
