He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Q Spencer and Lucille Spencer; his wife Janice Branagan of Draper, UT; his sons, Stephen Q Spencer (Kathy) of Sammamish, WA, Mark J. Spencer (Wendy) of South Jordan, UT and Scott H. Spencer (Heidi) of Draper, UT; his brother Daniel H. Spencer (Vera) of Littleton, CO; and his brother-in-law C. Dwight Wood. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
