With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elaine James Homer of Draper, Utah, born in Salt Lake City, Utah, who passed away on October 24, 2021 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edwin James and Margaret Lange James; her husband J. Russell Homer; her children, Keith Homer (Kristin), Sheila Carroll (Stephen), Craig Homer (Gretchen), Brad Homer (Crystal) and Janelle Blackham (Bren); and her sisters, Carol Lindsey, Marilee Vlam and Joan Dewey. She was also cherished by 17 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
