She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Douglas, Lila Mae Jensen, Winslow and Ellis Rhoades. She is survived by: her parents, Douglas Leon and Susian Rhoades Jensen; and her siblings, Becky Buck (Shae), Mechelle Farris (Jason) and Mark Jensen. She is also survived by nieces and nephew, great nieces and nephews as well as aunts, uncles and cousins.
In Lieu of flowers, the family is requesting a donation to Project Turn in Clinton, Utah.
