She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Elaine Fraley and Claude Jacob Fraley; her husband Dallas Ransom Cutler; and her children, Denise (Utah), Jeffery (California) and Darren. She was also cherished by grandmother and was blessed with 11 grandchildren and 15 great -grandchildren.
