He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his children, Daniel DeMaria (Chandra), Katherine DeFisher (Gary) and Karen Beardsworth (Lance); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Taylor, Stephanie, Alyssa, Tyler and MaKayla; his great grandchild Ryker; and his nieces, Karen MacVittie (Craig) of Buffalo, NY and Louise Dickens of Maine.
Phil dedicated his life's work to emergency cardiac care through many years of service with Eastern Maine Medical Center, The American Heart Association, and after retirement, continuing to teach Basic Life Support to healthcare workers.
