She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Stoker Smith and Ruth Hamilton Smith; her husband Billie Wayne Sr.; her sons, Bobby Jo and Danny Martin; and her sisters, Janice P. Smith Cheney and Rickie Marie Smith Covell.
She is survived by: her children, Billie Wayne Jr. of Clearfield, UT, Dana (Bobby Jo) of Houston, TX, Bruce Lane (Heidi) of West Point, UT, Brent DeVaughn (Michele) of Layton, UT, MaryBeth (Danny Martin) of Oceanside, CA, Babette Ann (Dean) of Ogden, UT and Raynette Marian (James) of Flagstaff, AZ; and her siblings, Michael Richard Smith of Pleasant View, UT and Laura Jean Smith Higgins of Layton, UT. She is also survived by her 19 grandchildren, her many great grandchildren, and her first great-great grandchild.
