He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Butcher and Alfred Butcher; and his wife Ellen Butcher. He is survived by: his son Scott Butcher (Laura) of Clearfield Utah; and his sister Tootsie Collision.
Special thanks to hospice and niece Nancy Johnson and Lee and Lynette Cragan and Larry and Linda Parrish Due to Covid will have a celebration of life in 2021.
