He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hafford Stephens and Hazel Bell Cissell Stephens; and his brother Charles Bert Stephens. He is survived by: his wife Joan Stephens; his brother Joseph (Joey); and his children, Steve, Ileana Stephens, Rita Matsamas, Michael, Jody Stephens, Amanda Hahn, Evan and Tiffany Stephens. He is also survived by 28 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
