He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Jean Barker of American Fork; his children, Lori McClure, Gina Larsen (Stephen), Mindi Neilsen (Ian), Sean Paul (Jules), Jason "Jake" (Jozette) and Tim (Lindsey); his siblings, Helen Christensen (Neil) and James (Joyce); and his siblings-in-law, Sandra Dunkley (Melvin) and Paul Mathis (Luann).
