He is survived by: his spouse Fabiola Cordova; his children, Harold Gutierrez (Pamela), Bob Gutierrez (Tawna), Joe Gutierrez (Shelly), Joann Shubert and Novella Gutierrez; and his sisters, Susanna Valerio and Eleanor Jaramillo.
