It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Iva Shields of American Fork, Utah, born in Vernon, Utah, who passed away on July 14, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Alma Nielsen and Ivie Eleanora Olson Nielsen; and her siblings, Earl, Eldon, Reed, Aurelia and Melba.
She is survived by: her children, Craig Shields (Sharleen) and Gleanne Taylor (Dan); and her grandchildren, Annaleise Dearinger (Steven), Nicole Washburn (Brad), Nathan Shields (Jenni), Andrew Shields (Jenna) and CarolAnn Mower (Shane). She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
