He is survived by: his wife Barbara Rallison; and his children, Scott (Arlene) of Mesa, Arizona, Michele Brown (Dan) of Providence, Fred (Sue) of Providence and Richard (Tami) of Highland. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 43 great-grandchildren.
