He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his daughters, Amy Merkley (Chris), Elise Bahr (Cameron) and Jill Ensign (Grant); his grandchildren, Will, Jake Merkley, Grady, Damon, Cassandra, Mirielle Bahr, Jane, Bennett and Kate Ensign; and his siblings, Jay Greenwood (Marilyn) and Jean Carlton (Gary).
