He was predeceased by: his parents, Clark and Jean. He is survived by: his wife Lori; his daughters, Kelli McCarthy (Sean), Julie Groth (Jeremy), Stefani and Amy; his grandson Kyle Groth; his brother Richard Tolton; and his sons, East and North.
