He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond C. Gomez and Alice R. Valles; and his sister Patricia Serna. He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, Tami Gomez (Tom), Michael Gomez (Stacey), Robert Gomez and Angela Cason (Michael); and his siblings, Martha Acosta, Rebecca Olson, Michael Gomez, Margaret Borbola and Mary Alvarado. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
