He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman G. Freeze and Lulu Lorene Duncombe Freeze; his brother Sherm; his sister-in-law Florence; and his children, Sam Dawson, Mike Dawson and Diane Freeze.
He is survived by: his spouse Mae Kemp (Pat); his children, James Bradley, Brad Freeze (Cassie) and Sherene Casanova; his daughter-in-law Brigitte Dawson Hein; and his son Harley Jacobs. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 19 great grandchildren.
