She is survived by: her parents, Jesse L. Cook and Mary Hayward Cook; her sons, David Ray (Kathleen) and Harold Cook (Maria); her daughter-in-law Bonnie Bateman; and her daughters, Joan Caldwell (Larry), Maxine Covington (Roger), Marianne Christensen and Phyllis Beatie (Pat). She is also survived by her brothers & sisters; her brothers & sisters-in-law; many nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
