He is survived by: his wife Carol; his siblings, Sara Mae Nelson (Kent) and Rex Dunn (Janice); his children, Lynda Worthington (John), Kelly Maw (Guy), Stefanie Sparks (Larry) and Michael Dunn (Rhianne); his grandchildren, Nataleigh Worthington, Stephen Worthington, Katie Dayton (Adam), Lauren Roberts (Greg), Holly Sparks, Sydnee Sparks, Riley Dunn, Delainey Dunn and Aiden Dunn; and his great grandchildren, Samuel Dayton, Jack Dayton, Oliver Dayton, Miles Roberts, Duke Dayton, Finley Mateer and Evelyn Roberts.
