He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Robey Forbes and Martha Peterson Forbes of Alpine, Utah.; his daughter Melissa; and his wife Janis. He is survived by: his daughters, Jody and Cindy. He is also survived by his children; as well as 20 or so grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
