He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Rangnow and Meta Brandt Rangnow. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Rangnow; his children, Patty O'Bryan of Victoria, Gloria Clements of Yorktown, Louis Jr. Rangnow (Caroline) of Fredericksburg and Richard Rangnow of California; his grandchildren, Chris Rangnow, Keith Lempa, Tabitha Bolton, Dustin Rangnow, Dillon Rangnow and Kevin VanRy; his great grandchildren, Trinity Ratley, William Bolton, Mason Rangnow and Rhyan Rangnow; and his sisters, Annie Hardt and Meta Bennett.
Memorials may be given to Harbor Hospice of Victoria or donor's choice.
