She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Machost and Annie Marie Schmidt Machost; and her sisters, Lou Ann Holcomb, Rosalie Hofmann and Dorothy Vance.
She is survived by: her son Scott Jendrzey (Jessica); and her siblings, Allen Wayne Machost and Ona Scoggin.
Memorials may be given to St. Paul Lutheran Church or donor's choice.
