She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert P. Kozelski and Victoria Henkes Kozelski; her husband Robert J. Kolodziejczyk; her son James Kolodziejczyk (Travis Perry); her sister Bertha (A. J. Moczygemba); and her nephew David Moczygemba.
She is survived by: her children, Ann K. Hiller (Donald) and Robert J. Kolodziejczyk Jr. (Sharon Craft Kolodziejczyk); her grandchildren, Kasia Marie Kolodziejczyk Bloodworth (Colin) and Robert J. Kolodziejczyk, III (Michelle Bingham Kolodziejczyk); her stepgrandchildren, Chris Andrews (Heather) and Diana Andrews Perry; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Melanie, Lily Andrews, Trent, Dayna and Trace Perry; and her nieces, Joyce Schellpepper and Shirley Moczygemba.
