He is survived by: his wife Rue Nell May of Yantis; his children, Christina Baeza (Josh Baeza) of Wills Point, Veneta May of Wills Point, Sterling May of Wills Point and Monica Robertson of Yantis; his siblings, Douglas May of Corpus Christi, Curtis May of St. Hedwig and Cindy Neff of Olympia; and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Ashlee, Mia, Garrett, Bryce, Hagen and Jayden. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
