She is survived by: her pet Peanut; her husband Mickey Butler of Wylie, Texas; her sons, Dwayne Hembree (Gina) of Texas, Kevin Hembree (Jamie Hembree) of Wylie and Brian Butler of Edmond, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Aaron Hembree, Cheyenne Hembree, Payton Hembree, Brooklyn Hembree, Brady Lowry and Mikayla Hembree; and her sisters, Linda Maxson, Sharon Dickerson, Debbie Puryear and Gina Preston. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nephews, nieces and other loving family and friends.
