He is survived by: his wife Angie Battise of Woodville; his daughter Silwonnie Battise of Livingston; his son-in-law Craig of Livingston; his children, Christopher Battise of Livingston and Rhea Philpott of Woodville; his son-in-law Mark of Woodville; his son Michael Battise of Livingston; his father McClamroch Battise of Livingston; his sister Misty Battise of Huntsville; and his grandchildren, Crailee Battise, Charley Battise, Adam Becnienti, Vallery Becnienti, Angel Davis, Kari Butter, Jonah Butter, Mark Philpott, Maya Battise and Makenna Williams. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
