He was predeceased by: his parents, Juanita Musgrove Fortenberry and Thomas Fortenberry; and his brother Thomas Cabot Fortenberry. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Fortenberry of Woodville; his children, Thomas Donald Fortenberry (Shannon Laurel) of Cedar Park and Tena Fortenberry MacFarlane (Scott) of Woodville; his siblings, Carolyn Clow (Joe) of Teague and Richard Noel Fortenberry (Julie) of Woodville; and his grandchildren, Tyler Greer, Trevor Greer, Taylor Greer, Tara Greer, Sophia MacFarlane, Conner MacFarlane, Kylie Fortenberry, William Pfaff, Benjamin Fortenberry, Elena Fortenberry, William Fortenberry and Aurora Fortenberry.
