With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Linnie Hanks (Woodville, Texas), who passed away on May 2, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John Edd Hanks; her daughter Jeannie Hanks Martindale; her grandson Wayne Martindale; her brother Woody Woodrome; and her parents, Dave Woodrome and Daisy Woodrome.
She is survived by: her son Mark (Dianne Hanks) of Woodville; her grandchildren, Brett (Darrbie Hanks) of San Leon, Brock (Sandi Hanks) of Woodville, Jayden, Bailey and Brace; her stepson Kenneth Hanks of Hilister; her stepgranddaughter Denise; and her siblings, Preston Woodrome of Tarkington, David Woodrome (CD) of Ivanhoe and Lela (Jerry Esmond) of Texas City. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed toward Tyler County Nutrition Center for Aging, 201 Willow, Woodville, Texas 75979.
