It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Sterling Jr. (Woodville, Texas), who passed away on June 17, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Sr. and Falbie Sterling; and his sisters, Helen Sterling and Verna Mae McElvain. He is survived by: his wife Ann Sterling of Woodville; his children, Kyle Sterling of Corrigan, David Sterling (Carol) of Katy, Kellie Smith (Jay) of Chireno and Paula Standley (George) of Colmesneil; and his stepchildren, David Ashworth (Maria) of Richmond, Cindy Vaughn (Hugh) of Kerrville and Lisa Best (Lee) of Colorado Springs, CO. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
