She is survived by: her husband Tim Amacker; her children, Jewel Mitchell Clebourn and Otis Mitchell, Jr. (Billie); and her grandchildren, Valerie Mitchell, Kemper Mitchell, Erika Hall and Otis Mitchell III (Juanita). She is also survived by six great grandchildren, two stepchildren, numerous nieces, nephews.
