She is survived by: her daughter Ivy Jo Cook (Alva) of Woodville; her sister Norma Cooper of Weatherford; her grandchildren, Teresa Wallace (Gregg) and Rodney Cook; and her great grandchildren, Brendin Sutherland, Blake Wallace, Brandon Wallace and Jacob Cook.
