It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Ray Mashaw of Woodville, Texas, who passed away on July 18, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Mashaw and Anna Mashaw; and his brother William "Bill". He is survived by: his wife Shirley Mashaw of Woodville; and his children, Jeff Mashaw (Misti), Phillip Mashaw (Jolea), Leanne Glenn (Jason) and Melanie Calhoun (Donald). He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
