He is survived by: his wife Laura of Woodville; his parents, Darrell Finley of Bridge City and Gail Kimmons of Bridge City; his stepchildren, Brett Bounds (Meagan) and Victoria Baxter (Drew Smith); his brother Harlan Burke; and his grandchildren, Kaydence Bounds and Elise Bounds. He is also survived by extended family; his aunts, uncles and a host of cousins, nieces and nephews.
