He was predeceased by: his parents, A. T. Williams and Mabel Williams; his wife Pat of Winters; his sister Adalene Stathem; his son-in-law Stan Tatom; and his grandson Travis Armstrong.
He is survived by: his children, Douglas Williams of Winters, Sheila Fox of Winters and Susan Armstrong (Bill) of San Angelo; his grandchildren, Allyson Fox (Jeff Stromberg), Andrew Williams, Blair Armstrong and Amanda Williams; and his siblings-in-law, Charlotte Barker and Eugene Robertson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many other family members and friends.
