He was predeceased by: his parents, Buford Ray and Vivian Speir; his daughter Tami Speir; and his nephew Greg Speir. He is survived by: his daughter Lindsay Rupert (Larry); his grandchildren, Faith and Noah Rupert; and his siblings, Ray, Kim Speir and Cathy Kallman.
