It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie V. Shirley in Wimberley, Texas, who passed away on December 16, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband James A. Shirley; and her daughters, Renee Blevins, Gayla Kurtin, Tamara Sample and Jamette Shirley. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
