He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Raymond Allen and Dottie Allen Cotter; his wife Ellen Allen; his children, Beth Allen Dewey (Steve Dewey) and Kenneth Wayne Allen Jr. (Lynnell Shelton Allen); his grandson Kenneth Wayne Allen III (Emily Pace Allen); his great grandchildren, Magnolia and Coraline Allen; and his brothers, Roni Allen (Lavern Allen) and Chuck Allen (Donna Allen) of Wichita Kansas.
