She was predeceased by: her parents, Bonnie Dayley (York) and Charles Melvin; her husband Mike A. Thompson; her stepfather Jackie; and her grandson Sean Patrick.
She is survived by: her sisters, Vickie Johnson, Diana Shaw and Charlene Lehl; her stepsiblings, Rod Dayley, Tina Cuckow and Stan Dayley; her children, Wendy Hansen (Jeff), Shannon Carothers (Troy) and Mike D. Thompson; her grandchildren, Stephanie Stutzman, Laura Angell, Rebekah Brown, Milly Thompson, Trystan Pruett and Alyssa Thompson; and her great grandchildren, Sean Micah, Josiah John, Gracie Mae and Adilynn.
