She was predeceased by: her parents, Grace Elvina (Lauritsen) and Clarence Addison Reynolds; her husband Cletus Novotny; and her siblings, Frank Reynolds and Elaine Smith.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Acosta (Tony) of Burkburnett, TX, Diana Portice (Lawton), Wendy Kolker (James) of Elgin, OK and Penny Webb (Charles) of Wichita Falls, TX.; her stepchildren, Michael Novotny (Patsy) of Bethany, OK, Cletus Jr. Novotny (Julie) of Jenks, OK and Laurie Bales of Burkburnett, TX.; and her sisters, Naomi Cavenass (Don) and Katherine Messenger.
